Established over 150 years ago, we are an active, bible believing fellowship with strong links both in the community and worldwide. We also have a close relationship, and work with the other churches in Lowton & Golborne whenever possible, having joint services 4 times and year and mid-week lent & advent groups together.

Our main service is on Sunday morning
at 10.45 am.
In each service we aim have a time of worship including modern songs and hymns, prayers and bible teaching. We sometimes have more informal services of sharing, readings, songs & prayers.
We share the communion service twice a month.
After the service we stay and have drinks and informal fellowship.

Each December we host the Epiphany Trust Carol Service
THURSDAY MORNING:
The Church is open 10-00am till 12 noon just pop in for a chat or private prayer, books are available from our library

In depth bible teaching
Craft and Coffee Group
Monthly Second & fourth Monday every month 1.30 – 3pm

Visits local eateries for food and fellowship
Charity Curry Nights
Held in local restaurants in conjunction with the Epiphany Trust
At various times we have lunches, evening meals, outings, away days and away week-ends etc. and are always open to new suggestions & ideas.

Epiphany Trust Carol Service 2019
The church recently hosted two concerts by Leigh based Community Choir All Singers Great and Small and another by Wigan Ukulele Group, which between them raised £1000 for the Lowton West Defibrillator Fund to provide a public access (PAD) defibrillator post in the redundant K6 Red phone box on Slag Lane
